Circumstance(s) giving rise to the interest or change in interest	Open Market Purchase Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi owns 50% interest in MM Group Limited which owns 100% interest in Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited ("GC"), so he has deemed interest in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV") through GC. On 24/1/2008 GC purchased 28,638,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi's deemed interest in THBEV rising from 37.83% to 37.95%. As a consequence, the change in percentage level of his deemed interest from 17/1/2007 to 24/1/2008 plus his existing direct interest and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi direct interest triggers 1% of the voting shares of THBEV.
