On 18/3/2008, GC purchased 200,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV remaining at 29.29%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through GC.
