On 2/4/2008, GC purchased 1,000,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 29.33%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through GC.
