On 26/8/2008, Maxtop purchased 2,000,000 THBEV shares from open market at SGD 0.2200 per share, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV increasing to 0.01%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop. As a consequence, Maxtop shall be considered as an indirect substantial shareholder of THBEV.
