("Maxtop") has 0.04% direct interst in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"). On 3/9/08, Maxtop purchased 800,000 THBEV shares from open market at SGD 0.2200 per shares, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV remaining at 0.04%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop. As a consequence, Maxtop shall be considered as an indirect substantial shareholder of THBEV.
