("Maxtop") has 0.19% direct interest in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"). On 17/9/2008, Maxtop purchased 5,500,000 THBEV shares from open market at SGD 0.2259 per share, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV increasing to 0.21%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop. As a consequence, Maxtop shall be considered as an indirect substantial shareholder of THBEV.
