("Maxtop") which hold 13.91%, 12.72%, 2.79% and 0.62% in THBEV respectively. On 9/10/08, Maxtop purchased 10,500,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 30.08%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
