Circumstance(s) giving rise to the interest or change in interest	Open Market Purchase Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi owns 50% interest in MM Group Limited which owns 100% interest in Maxtop Management Corp. ("Maxtop"), so he has deemed interest in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV") through Maxtop. On 13/10/2008 Maxtop purchased 6,000,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi's deemed interest in THBEV rising from 38.85% to 38.88%. As a consequence, the change in percentage level of his deemed interest from 24/01/2008 to 13/10/2008 plus his existing direct interest and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi direct interest triggers 1% of the voting shares of THBEV.
