("Maxtop"), so she has deemed interest in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV") through Maxtop. On 13/10/2008 Maxtop purchased 6,000,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi's deemed interest in THBEV rising from 38.85% to 38.88%. As a consequence, the change in percentage level of her deemed interest from 24/01/2008 to 13/10/2008 plus her existing direct interest and Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi direct interest triggers 1% of the voting sharers of THBEV.
