Amendment to Tender Offer Form to Purchase Securities of Oishi Group Public Company Limited (Thai SEC Form 247-4)

We refer to our announcement dated October 9, 2008 in relation to the tender offer to purchase securities of Oishi Group Public Company Limited ("Oishi") by THBEV. Today, Phatra Securities Public Company Limited, our tender offer preparer, submitted the amendment of THBEV's tender offer form to purchase securities of Oishi (Thai SEC Form 247-4) to the Thai SEC.
