("Maxtop") which hold 13.91%, 12.72%, 2.79% and 0.86% in THBEV respectively. On 24/10/2008, Maxtop purchased 2,789,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 30.30%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
