("Maxtop") which hold 13.91%, 12.72%, 2.79% and 1.03% in THBEV respectively. On 2/12/2008, Maxtop purchased 1,500,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 30.46%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
