On 24/12/2008 SCL purchased 265,000,000 THBEV shares via off market purchase from Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited at SGD 0.20 per share, resulting in our direct interest in THBEV increasing to 9.81%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through SCL.
