On 22/01/2009 GC sold 398,520,000 THBEV shares to Siriwana Co., Ltd. at SGD 0.1950 per share through an off-market transaction, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV falling to 0.15%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through GC.
