On 22/1/2009 SCL purchased 398,520,000 THBEV shares via off market purchase from Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited at SGD 0.195 per share, resulting in our direct interest in THBEV increasing to 11.39%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through SCL.
