On 18/03/2009 GC bought 885,000,000 THBEV shares from Risen Mark Enterprise Ltd. at SGD 0.1700 per share through an off-market transaction, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV increasing to 3.67%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through GC.
