On 24/06/2009, GC sold 902,500,000 THBEV shares to Siriwana Co., Ltd. at SGD 0.2150 per share through an off-market transaction, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV falling to 0.38%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through GC.
