On 24/06/2009, GC sold 902,500,000 THBEV shares to Siriwana Co., Ltd., resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV decreasing to 20.69%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through GC.
