On 24/06/2009 SCL purchased 902,500,000 THBEV shares via off market purchase from Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited at SGD 0.215 per share, resulting in our direct interest in THBEV increasing to 18.51%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through SCL.
