On 24/09/2009, Maxtop purchased 2,050,757,500 THBEV shares from each of Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi at THB 1.0000 per share through an off-market transaction, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV increasing to 17.37%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
