On 01/10/2009 Shiny Treasure Holdings Limited ("ST") which is the 100% owned by Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and his wife, Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi, acquired 49% of SCL shares from Mr. Charoen and Khunying Wanna. Therefore, ST, Mr. Charoen and Khunying Wanna have deemed interest in THBEV through SCL.
