On 07/10/2009, RM sold 513,115,000 THBEV shares to Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited ("GC") at SGD 0.2600 per share through an off-market transaction, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV decreasing to 3.32%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through RM.
