("RM"), Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited ("GC"), Maxtop Management Corp. and Eternal Regent Worldwide Limited which hold 13.91%, 5.36%, 0.38%, 17.37% and 8.81% in THBEV respectively. On 07/10/2009, GS and RM sold 3,492,720,000 and 513,115,000 THBEV shares respectively to GC, resulting MM deemed interest in THBEV remaining at 45.83%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM.
