On 14/10/2009, GC sold 4,101,515,000 THBEV shares to Siriwana Company Limited, resulting MM deemed interest in THBEV decreasing to 29.50%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM through GC.
