On 14/10/2009, SCL purchased 4,101,515,000 THBEV shares from Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited, resulting ST deemed interest in THBEV increasing to 34.85%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through ST through SCL.
