On 18/11/2009, ER sold 2,211,485,000 THBEV shares to GC, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV remaining at 29.50%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited.
