On 10/12/09, Maxtop sold 406,840,000 THBEV shares to Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited at SGD 0.2500 per share through an off-market transaction, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV decreasing to 15.75%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
