On 10/12/09, GC bought 406,840,000 THBEV shares from Maxtop Management Corp. at SGD 0.2500 per share through an off-market transaction, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV increasing to 10.43%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through GC.
