On 14/12/09, SCL purchased 2,618,325,000 THBEV shares from Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited, resulting ST deemed interest in THBEV increasing to 45.27%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through ST through SCL.
