On 14/12/09, SCL purchased 2,618,325,000 THBEV shares via off market purchase from Golden Capital (Singapore) Limited at SGD 0.255 per share, resulting in our direct interest in THBEV increasing to 45.27%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through SCL.
