("Maxtop") which hold 3.32%, 0.06% and 15.80% in THBEV respectively. On 27/09/2010, Maxtop purchased 256,645,762 THBEV shares through a married trade, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 20.20%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
