("Maxtop"), so he has deemed interest in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV") through Maxtop. On 27/09/2010, Maxtop purchased 256,645,762 THBEV shares through a married trade, resulting Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi's deemed interest in THBEV increasing from 64.46% to 65.48%. As a consequence, the change in percentage level of his deemed interest from 13/10/2008 to 27/9/2010 triggers 1% of the voting shares of THBEV.
