On 23/06/2011, Maxtop purchased 837,000 and 18,777,000 THBEV shares from open market and through a married trade respectively, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 20.28%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
