On 23/06/2011, Maxtop purchased 837,000 and 18,777,000 THBEV shares at SGD 0.2750 per share from open market and through a married trade respectively, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV increasing to 16.90%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
