On 29/09/2011, Maxtop purchased 4,000,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 20.41%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop.
