Additional Text	The Company's Board of Directors Meeting which was held on 25 November 2025 approved the call for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 30 January 2026 at 10.00 hrs. (Bangkok Time) in Bangkok, Thailand and the book closure date for the share transfer with respect to the entitlement to attend the AGM is 9 January 2026 (BCD).
Additional Text	In this connection, the share registration book will remain closing from 9 January 2026 until the 2026 AGM date which is 30 January 2026.
Additional Text	Invitation to the AGM, agenda details and the annual report will be dispatched to the eligible shareholders and announced via SGX once the invitation is issued.
Additional Text	We would like to clarify that although Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD) determines that the rights of shareholders are based on shareholders whose names appear in TSD register on the BCD;
Additional Text	however, the Central Depository (Pte) Limited (CDP) determines that investors rights are based on shareholders whose names appear in CDP register as at 17.00 hrs. (Singapore Time) on 8 January 2026.
Additional Text	Accordingly, investors who hold shares through the CDP will only be entitled to attend the AGM through voting instruction to CDP if their names appear in CDP register as at 17.00 hrs. (Singapore Time) on 8 January 2026.
