Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below)	We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), would like to announce that Foods Group Co., Ltd., a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of THBEV, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, International Food Holding Co., Ltd. ("International Food Holding"), in Thailand. Foods Group Co., Ltd. holds 99.9999% in International Food Holding while one other shareholder holds one share. International Food Holding has a registered capital of Baht 10,000,000 consisting of 1,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 10. International Food Holding is incorporated as an investment holding company in food business. The aforesaid investment was funded through internally generated funds and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of THBEV for this financial year. To the best knowledge of the directors of THBEV (the "Directors"), neither the Directors nor substantial shareholders of THBEV have any direct or indirect interest (other than through their respective shareholdings in THBEV), in the aforesaid transaction.
